Nasima Tajik – Principal Lawyer
Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2010, Nasima has been practising law for a number of years. Since her admission, she has worked as a Lawyer solely in private practice providing legal advice and services in a number of different areas of the law including family law, commercial law, criminal law, wills and estates and immigration law. Nasima is also a registered migration agent and a casual academic at Western Sydney University.
Although Nasima has practiced in a number of different areas, her passion for practising family law and assisting families in need specially where children are involved, led her to studying her Masters in Family Law in 2016. Nasima successfully graduated with her Masters in Family Law in 2017 and hopes to further her post-graduate studies in Family Law into the future.
Nasima also practices commercial litigation. She has assisted a number of businesses and companies with commercial and business related legal issues including debt recovery and contractual and commercial disputes. Nasima provides practical and professional advice that is easy to understand. With her strong advocacy skills and determined nature, she is able to negotiate and attempt to settle matters before they go to Court. Should the matter be such that specialist legal advice is needed, she has direct access to highly experienced barristers who are able to join the team and provide expert advice and representation in Court.
Being a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, Nasima has continued to build on her experience in negotiation and settlement. She has assisted with the settlement of a number of complex matters and has built a reputation for being honest and reliable and always focused on achieving results for her clients.
